Ticket promotion bundle are not refundable. In case you cannot attend one of
the event, part of the ticket value can be used as voucher for a future event purchaes as explained in the following examples :
EXAMPLE 1 :
What happened if I buy an FKC Triple at 30 % and I can only join 2 events ?
It’s easy , you will be charged as a double event at 25% and the rest will be applyed as voucher for a future event,
here is the math = 2100€-1500€ = 600€ voucher amount.
EXAMPLE 2 :
What happened if I buy a FKC Double at 25% and I can only come to an event ?
It’s easy , you will be charged as a single event at 20% and the rest will be applyed as voucher for a future event,
here is the math = 1500€-800€ = 700€ voucher amount.
EXAMPLE 3 :
What happens if I buy 1 event at 20% (800€) and I cannot go ?
In case you advise 60 days before the event starting your ticker become convertible for any of the normal future events
In case you advise whithin 60 days before de event starting your ticket will become a voucher of 800€ for future events purchases.
QUESTIONS :
in which case I can be 100% refunded ? Tickets without any discount or promotion applied can be refunded
if cancellation is communicated 60 days before the event starting . Within 60 days the ticket will be converted in voucher .
Whitin 30 days any ticket won’t be refunded neither converted in voucher
